AZ Open rescheduled for November 10th – 12th, 2023 – Year End Event!

The AZ Open at Lake Havasu which was cancelled back in February due to inclement weather has been rescheduled for November 10th – 12th.  The new dates are set for a Friday through Sunday tournament hosted out of the brand new Havasu Riviera Marina.  This rescheduled event along with the Laughlin Open, CA Open and U.S. Open will count towards the $10,000 year end Pro AOY points race.  Make sure to mark your calendars for this one, because the fish will be chewing and you all will be stewing to get out there and win a brand new Bass Cat SABRE FTD paired with a Mercury 150 ProXS worth a cool $45,000.

WON BASS 2023 Arizona Open Postponed Due to Weather

The 2023 AZ Open at Lake Havasu has been POSTPONED!

The event will be rescheduled due to high winds and extreme weather issues forecast for the next few days. The safety of our anglers come first, and we have to take every precaution to protect them and their equipment.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience. We hope you all have a safe trip home.
Refunds and / or transfers and all other details will be handled next week. We will be in touch with our anglers asap. A new date will be announced soon.

2023 WON BASS Tournament Registration

There are a few updates for this coming new season that are important to mention.

  • There will be no “official” practice at any Open events in 2023. Tournament rules will begin the first morning of each event.  All local and State Fish and Game laws and regulations are still in effect prior to any Open.
  • All boats must be off the water by 3:00 PM the day before the AZ, NV and CA Opens.
  • The U.S. Open will have “Off-Limits” from sunup September 25th until sunup October 7th, and again on October 15th for registration and sponsors EXPO!
  • The “Dead Fish” penalty for any event is being raised from .20 to .50 per fish.
  • All anglers must purchase a 2023 WON BASS Membership before their first event.
